Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for sessions that are canceled at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergency circumstances occur, and for the first no show visit or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, there is no fee charged. If you are 15 minutes late for either a new or follow up visit you will need to be rescheduled, and that visit is considered a cancellation of less than 24 hours. To cancel your appointment call 267-996-3765, cancel your appointment through the Patient Fusion patient portal, or email contact@PBSpsychiatry.com

However, after the first missed appointment, the following policy is in place:

* If the appointment is canceled within less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $100 fee.

* If the appointment is missed completely, you will be charged a $150 fee.
